Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 72 business hours under normal volume conditions. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, and any delays will be communicated where possible.

Shipping Methods

UPS is our preferred shipping partner. FedEx is available for expedited shipping options, and USPS is also used on occasion. If your order qualifies for a free shipping promotion, it will be shipped via the ground carrier of our choice; expedited upgrades are available for an additional fee. Free shipping promotions are limited to addresses within the contiguous United States.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders ship from our facility in Kingsport, Tennessee. Ground shipping reaches 80% of the contiguous United States within 3 business days (or less). Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays that are caused by high-volume shipping seasons or weather events.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for shipping charges. To find the best rate, you may choose from multiple carrier options at checkout. Free shipping promotions apply only to addresses within the contiguous United States, and the cart subtotal must meet the free shipping threshold after any other discounts have been applied. Lost or Damaged Packages

You will receive a shipping notification email once your order ships. If your package arrives damaged or is lost, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of the shipping notification email to file a claim.

For damaged packages, please email a minimum of two (2) photos of the damage to shopkeeper@colonialmerchant.com so we can properly notify the carrier. We will work to resolve your issue to the best of our ability.

Claims submitted more than 14 days after the shipping notification email will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
